CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW POLICY

NON-HOLIDAYS: One night boarding charge if not cancelled 24 hours in advance or “no-show”.

HOLIDAYS: 50% boarding charge of entire reservation if “not cancelled” 7 days in advance. “No-show” will incur a 100% boarding charge of entire reservation.
